Shared Performance Releases Microsoft Outlook Integration to Better Manage Results

The upgrade streamlines the proactive management of individual and team achievements that are linked to business strategy within the Outlook environment.

This extension to the SP Attain suite enables organizations to drive increased achievement levels and recognition with integrated results-based performance measurement and management through a highly utilized existing platform. The addition provides a full view of an individual’s priorities with the capability to edit or direct actions for the specific achievements they own. The alerts and notifications of activities and milestones that are visible within Outlook enable one-click access to performance information. The real-time insight advances the opportunity to proactively manage the achievement of measurable results to accomplish individual and organizational objectives.

By leveraging the unique ability to measure enterprise-wide achievement, participants can understand in real-time what they have successfully achieved and how well they are progressing activities they own.

Management can easily monitor team members’ results and advancements in real-time, along with contributors’ progress and critical warnings. The SP Achievement Report appears in the Outlook Folder View Pane to help proactively guide users and management towards successful completion of their responsibilities and the organization’s strategic objectives.
