Mitch Lawrie Joins Shared Performance to Lead Achievement Practice

 

Phoenix, AZ – June 25, 2012Shared Performance, the leader in the development of Enterprise Outcome Management (EOM) Solutions, announces the appointment of Mitchell Lawrie as Vice President of Enterprise Outcome Management. Mr. Lawrie has more than two decades of leadership experience in business process improvement with Fortune 500 companies, which has included the successful implementation and adoption of Shared Performance solutions.

Mitch’s expertise in corporate strategic planning, performance metrics management, business innovation, process redesign, continuous improvement and venture capital, has been utilized by companies that include Avnet, Intel, Shell, APL Logistics, Alltel, BHP Billiton, AP Moller-Maersk and many others.

Prior to joining Shared Performance, he was the Global VP of Operational Excellence for Avnet, Inc., and Business Process Leader and Senior Executive for Shamrock Foods. He was also a Senior Partner for Six Sigma Qualtec and held management positions overseeing a variety of functions including production, industrial engineering, purchasing, business development, information systems and VC investments.

Lawrie, originally from Northern California’s Silicon Valley, now lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and children. He holds a BS in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
