An Outlook pane displays achievement performance scores to illustrate which achievement items need assistance and where specific individuals need to focus to improve their personal achievement performance scores. Tasks, calendar events and email can be linked as necessary to the outcome they support. Using SP Attain, participants can easily access the activity detail that is important to the progress of the outcomes. By integrating SP Attain capabilities into Outlook individuals throughout the organization are able to utilize a familiar tool to maintain consistent awareness of achievement performance and more importantly, they can react to critical needs in real time thereby maximizing achievements and improving results.
